This policy explains how Grolytix Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Grolytix”, “we”) handles personal data collected through grolytix.com. We collect only what we need to reply to you and to run the site. We do not sell personal data.
What we collect
- Project briefs and contact requests: your name, company, work email, phone number, country, the services you are interested in, your industry, stage, timeline, budget range and message.
- AI readiness scan: your answers and, if you ask us to email the result, your name and email address.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit spam submissions. If analytics is enabled, we use privacy-friendly, aggregated page analytics without advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
- To send you the readiness scan result you requested.
- To protect the site from abuse.
We do not use your data for automated decisions about you, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend (an email delivery provider), and the site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside India. We share data with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing contact@grolytix.com. We handle requests in line with applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Cookies and storage
The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a small preference in your browser’s session storage if you pause animations.
