Automated reporting and alerts
The numbers that matter, in your inbox before you ask.
Automated daily, weekly and real-time reports and alerts by email, WhatsApp, Slack or Teams, with the changes that need attention called out instead of buried in a table.
The problem
Someone spends hours every week exporting data, pasting it into a template and emailing it around. By the time it arrives it is already out of date.
Most reports list numbers without saying what changed. A drop in orders or a spike in returns gets noticed days later, when it is harder to fix.
What we build
- Scheduled reports by email, WhatsApp, Slack or Microsoft Teams: daily, weekly, monthly or in real time
- Highlights of what changed against the last period and against targets, not just raw tables
- Threshold and anomaly alerts on the metrics that matter
- Versions for each audience: leadership summary, team detail, branch or store view
- A report archive, with a link to the full dashboard where there is one
How it works
Data refreshes on a schedule, metrics are computed from one shared definition, results are compared with targets and history, and each audience gets its own report or alert in the channel it reads.
- Step 1Agree the reportsWho needs which numbers, how often, and in which channel.
- Step 2Connect the dataPipelines from your systems, refreshed on the schedule the reports need.
- Step 3Define metrics and thresholdsOne definition per metric, plus the changes worth an alert.
- Step 4Build and scheduleTemplates, summaries and delivery for each audience.
- Step 5RefineAfter the first weeks, keep what people act on and cut the rest.

Ways to work with us
Questions
Do we need a dashboard as well?
Not necessarily. Many teams start with reports and alerts. If you have a dashboard, or want one later, each report links to it.
Can reports go out on WhatsApp?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Business Platform, as well as email, Slack or Teams.
Can a report explain why a number changed?
Reports call out the change against the previous period and the target. Where it helps, a short AI-written summary describes the main drivers, checked against the numbers it cites.
